Support for New & Expecting Parents

Educational Sessions

Preparing for twins or triplets can feel overwhelming. Our regular information sessions give you the chance to hear from experienced parents, ask questions, and learn practical tips for the early months and beyond.

We also run sessions throughout the year on topics including:

Expectant Parent
Feeding
Toilet training
Sleep and settling

Sessions are held every six weeks. Booking is essential.

Meals Program

Welcoming newborn multiples into the world is a huge adjustment. Once your babies arrive, another NIMBA family will deliver a meal to your door to help make those early days a little easier.

When you’re ready, you’ll also have the opportunity to pay it forward to another family beginning their own journey. A milestone in itself.

Community & Connection

Private Members Facebook Group

Our private Facebook group is a supportive space exclusively for NIMBA members. Share the highs and lows, ask questions, seek advice, and connect with families who truly understand the realities of raising multiples.

Even on the days you can’t leave the house, you’ll still feel connected to your community.

Playgroups

Join us for relaxed playgroups where families of multiples can connect, play and make friends. All ages are welcome.

We provide mats and toys for babies, plus plenty of activities for older children.

We host a range of family-friendly and parent social events throughout the year, including:

Delivered to local families since 1987, Noah’s Ark has long been a valued way for families to stay informed and connected. Our founding member explains the name as “having twins is like having an ark"... two of everything.
