NIMBA offers a free four-month hire of reusable swim nappies + wet bag, exclusively available for financial NIMBA member-families.

Thank you to the City of Yarra for funding these nappies through their community sustainability grant.

Each kit contains 4 MEDIUM nappies and a wet bag.

Terms and Conditions

By hiring the swim nappy kit you agree to the following:

Hire

You agree to hire the swim nappy kit for 4 months. You may request to extend this period of hire, provided it is not requested by another member family. It is essential the swim nappy kit is returned on time (unless an agreement has been reached to extend the initial hire period).

The equipment shall not be used by anyone other than the hirer without the expressed permission of NIMBA.

Return

Unless as an agreement has been made with NIMBA to extend the initial hire period, it is essential the swim nappy kit is returned on immediately following the hire period.

Fees and deposit

NIMBA does not charge or take a deposit for the hire of the swim nappy kit; but reserves the right to make a charge for the cost of replacement in the event of the items being lost, stolen or returned in an unreasonable condition.

Care

You agree to take good care of the swim nappy kit and return the items in the condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted) hired to you. They must be washed according to instructions (as per https://www.econaps.com.au/collections/swim-nappies)

In the event of any loss or damage other than fair wear and tear you agree you will pay the replacement cost of the swim nappy kit.

Condition of hired items

You agree that you are aware that the items hired to you may have been previously used. Each cloth nappy kit is carefully inspected and cleaned prior to hire. Please return the swim nappy kit in the same good condition as it was when you first received it.

Liability

You agree that NIMBA will not accept or assume liability for any accidents or issues arising from the use of the swim nappy kit.
