NIMBA offers a free six-month hire for My Breast Friend pillows, exclusively available for financial NIMBA member-families.

Terms and Conditions

By hiring the My Breast Friend pillow you agree to the following:

Hire

You agree to hire the My Breast Friend pillow for 6 months. You may request to extend this period of hire, provided it is not requested by another member family. It is essential the My Breast Friend pillow is returned on time (unless an agreement has been reached to extend the initial hire period).

The equipment shall not be used by anyone other than the hirer without the expressed permission of NIMBA.

Return

Unless as an agreement has been made with NIMBA to extend the initial hire period, it is essential the My Breast Friend pillowis returned on immediately following the hire period.

Fees and deposit

NIMBA does not charge or take a deposit for the hire of the My Breast Friend pillow; but reserves the right to make a charge for the cost of replacement in the event of the item being lost, stolen or unreasonably damaged.

Care

You agree to take good care of the My Breast Friend pillow and return the item in the condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted) hired to you.

In the event of any loss or damage other than fair wear and tear you agree you will pay the replacement cost of the My Breast Friend pillow.

The item is easy to clean using a damp sponge, baby wipe or microfibre cloth.

Condition of hired items

You agree that you are aware that the items hired to you are previously used. Each My Breast Friend pillow is carefully inspected and cleaned prior to hire. Please return the My Breast Friend pillow in the same good condition as it was when you first received it.

Liability

You agree that NIMBA will not accept or assume liability for any accidents or issues arising from the use of the My Breast Friend pillow. You agree that using the equipment carries with it, dangers and risks of injury/death, and you agree to use the item in accordance with manufacturer safety instructions.
